Mirai4Machine: how it works

Mirai4Machine can store data from:

Industrial plants. The edge software acquires data from the PLCs of different machines through Miraitek's gateway, which supports different communication protocols such as OPC-UA, Modbus TCP and MTconnect. The software can act on any type of hardware, such as industrial mini PCs, on-board PCs, etc.
Third-party software, such as ERP, MES or third-party data acquisition modules.

Data is sent via MQTT to the platform, which is displayed in real-time and can reside either on-premise or on cloud servers. The collected data is stored in a high-performance database where all history analysis features are available.

You can set up different types of data aggregation such as average, minimum, maximum, sum, occurrence etc. You can also filter by different quantities such as shift, and production order. All analyses can be visualised with graphical objects used to populate dashboards and real-time reports.

All Miraitek4.0 industrial software is user-friendly because it was developed in collaboration with key stakeholders - production managers, line operators, quality assurance managers, maintenance and testing staff - to ensure clear information and facilitate decision-making. Industrial machinery monitoring and industrial process monitoring are done at multiple levels; from the plant down to the individual station. In addition, all Miraitek4.0 software allows access to the tax benefits of the Transition plan 4.0, in accordance with the latest PNRR updates.
